WDLS 2008 Hotel Information

WDLS is holding a limited block of guestrooms for the nights of July 9, 10, and 11 at the Hilton New York. Make your reservation early to be assured of space and pricing. Room reservations must be made before June 16th. Please note: The hotel is anticipating selling out over these nights.

Hotel Room Reservation Process:

Hilton Hotels Co. is the official hotel of WDLS 2008. Upon registering for is year’s conference, registrants will book their hotel reservations directly on the Hilton website.

Click on the link below to reserve your hotel room online. Have a major credit card ready in order to guarantee your reservation. The hotel honors Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover. Registrants can also book their rooms on their Hilton HHonors Hotel Reward account. Reservations must be cancelled with the hotel 48 hours prior to arrival for a full refund.

Check-in time at the Hilton New York is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 p.m. If you arrive prior to check-in, your room may NOT be available for occupancy; however, the hotel will secure your luggage until your room
